Basement Excellence Ltd is the leading basement conversion and basement waterproofing specialist based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Founded in 2007, the company has flourised and developed a wide range of skills and a wealth of knowledge. We aim for perfection and since the company started much of our work now comes from personal recommendation, which is a testimony in itself.
